The notable In The Life Media does it again with the empowering film Pariah: A Closer Look. Life Media is known for the award-winning documentary film In the Life.  The story stars one of the first African-American lesbian protagonists, Alike (A-leek-ay), played by Adepero Oduye. Alike is a 17-year-old woman struggling to find herself and discover her sexuality. The story is inspired by the writer’s, Dee Ree, own struggle to come out.

This movie is inspiring to all generations and communities. It is a story of self-expression and self-love.
